Distributor Restrictions:
Any party who intends to charge for providing PocketD must have
written authorisation of the author, unless they are already
recognised by the Association of Shareware Professionals. Formal
authorisation has the advantage of giving you access to new
versions of the program when available. Applicants for this
authorisation must fulfil the following requirements.
1. The charge for the program must not exceed £10.00, including
postage and packing.
2. Your distribution catalogue and advertisements must clearly
show that PocketD is a Copyrighted program and not free. It is
distributed for users to try out before purchasing from the
author.
3. The distributor will only distribute the version of the
program provided when the agreement below is completed and
accepted. The distributor must supply all the files itemised
in the README.D file provided.
4. The distribution or sale of PocketD can be terminated at any
time that the author requests.
Failure to fulfil these conditions constitutes a Copyright
violation:

PocketD is an exceptionally powerful DOS tool that can be used for
almost any purpose. For example: a convenient substitute for a DOS
programming language, a fully featured colour directory listing program
and very powerful file copy/move utility (among others). The extensive
range of options available can be combined to enhance many common
operations, e.g. D /SE!'Microsoft' /c A: will search for all
executable files not containing the string 'Microsoft' and copy them to
drive A:.
